YEAR

2017 - Present

I’ve designed web and mobile experiences across healthcare, consumer technology, e-commerce, and entertainment. My work spans responsive websites, product and marketing pages, customer dashboards, mobile interfaces, online shopping flows, and in-app advertising.

Across each project, I focus on making information easier to navigate, creating clear visual hierarchy, and building cohesive experiences that work across devices and customer touchpoints. Whether I’m helping someone understand a service, manage an account, explore a product, or engage with content, I aim to make the experience feel intuitive, consistent, and thoughtfully designed.

Bay alarm medical

A clearer dashboard for managing devices and staying connected

I redesigned Bay Alarm Medical’s customer dashboard to make essential account and device information easier to find and understand. The experience brings key details, like device status, signal refresh, caregiver location tracking, and battery life into a more organized interface across desktop and mobile.

The Problem

Customers and caregivers need to check important device and account information quickly. The existing dashboard made it harder to scan key details and understand device status at a glance, especially on mobile.

The Solution

I reorganized the dashboard around the information customers need most, using clearer visual hierarchy, more readable components, and prominent actions. The responsive design helps customers check device status and access caregiver tracking from desktop or mobile.

Modernizing the website into a clearer, more intuitive customer experience

The website redesign prioritizes readability and ease of use for an older customer base, using larger type, clearer hierarchy, bigger imagery, stronger contrast, and more generous spacing. I focused on making important information easier to scan and understand while simplifying the overall experience across desktop and mobile.

The Problem

Bay Alarm Medical’s website had grown over time, leaving customers and caregivers to navigate inconsistent layouts, dated design patterns, and information spread across multiple pages. It was difficult to compare services, understand device features, and find the right next step, especially for an older audience looking for clear, reassuring guidance.

The Solution

I redesigned key pages across the website, creating a more consistent and accessible experience from product discovery through checkout. Clearer navigation, stronger visual hierarchy, more readable content, and responsive layouts help customers and caregivers compare options, understand important features, and move forward with confidence on desktop and mobile.

Redesigning the mobile app to make critical information easier to access

I helped modernize Bay Alarm Medical’s mobile app by simplifying key screens, improving hierarchy, and creating a cleaner visual system aligned with the broader brand refresh.

The redesign focuses on making device status, location information, alerts, and caregiver tools easier to scan and understand at a glance. I also worked to improve consistency across navigation, typography, spacing, buttons, and product information, making the experience feel more intuitive, approachable, and trustworthy.

While working at Salted Stone, I contributed to a website redesign for Jones Logistics, a transportation and supply chain provider offering freight brokerage, dedicated fleet, managed transportation, and warehousing and distribution services. I designed several webpages and contributed to the user interface, helping bring the company’s services, people, and culture together in a responsive experience for shippers, carriers, and prospective employees.

Making complex IoT support options easier to compare

While working at Salted Stone, I contributed to web and mobile design for EMnify, a global connectivity platform that helps businesses manage and scale connected IoT devices. The project focused on making the company’s premium support options easier to understand, from the services included in each plan to support availability and response times.I designed responsive page layouts and contributed to the user interface across desktop and mobile. Clearer content hierarchy, comparison tables, and service cards help businesses review support tiers and find the right level of assistance for their needs.

MYX

A connected digital experience for an alternative approach to college

While working at Salted Stone, I contributed to web, mobile, and email design for MYX, a college alternative that combines online, experiential, and social-emotional learning to help students pursue their individual goals. The work helped bring MYX’s approach to education to life across digital touchpoints, with a focus on making the experience engaging and accessible.

I designed responsive web and mobile layouts and email communications that carried the MYX brand across screens and into the inbox. Bold color, student-centered imagery, and clear content sections supported the organization’s message: students can demand more from their education while paying less.

PERsonal WEb and Mobile Projects

Exploring digital design through self-initiated concepts

I created these website and mobile design projects to challenge myself, build new skills, and explore different kinds of digital experiences. The concepts span a creative agency website, a food discovery app, and a banking website redesign. Each gave me the opportunity to practice shaping a visual identity, organizing content, and designing responsive layouts and mobile interfaces for different audiences and needs.
