At Bay Alarm Medical, I’ve led a broad visual transformation across the brand, digital experience, and marketing ecosystem. I rebranded the company from the ground up, establishing a more modern visual identity and applying that system consistently across the website, mobile app, advertising, email, print, social media, and sales materials.
My work has focused on creating a more cohesive customer journey, improving clarity and usability, and making the brand feel more modern, trustworthy, and effective across every touchpoint. Over the course of this work andspecificaly the last 8 months, daily sales have grown from roughly 60 to 110 units per day, an increase of approximately 83%, alongside stronger digital engagement and increased traffic to the company website. While that growth reflects the combined efforts of the broader team, my design work has played a key role in supporting a clearer, more consistent customer experience and stronger overall marketing performance.

The website redesign prioritizes readability and ease of use for an older customer base, using larger type, clearer hierarchy, bigger imagery, stronger contrast, and more generous spacing. I focused on making important information easier to scan and understand while simplifying the overall experience across desktop and mobile.
I helped modernize Bay Alarm Medical’s mobile app by simplifying key screens, improving hierarchy, and creating a cleaner visual system that aligns with the broader brand refresh. The redesign focuses on making device status, location information, alerts, and caregiver tools easier to scan and understand at a glance, especially for users who may be less comfortable with complex technology.
I also worked to improve consistency across navigation, typography, spacing, buttons, and product information so the experience feels more intuitive, approachable, and trustworthy throughout the app.

For Bay Alarm Medical’s Caregiver SOS YouTube series, I helped develop a cohesive campaign across video, social, email, and web. My role includes post-production editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects, YouTube thumbnail design, social media creative, email campaigns, and supporting landing pages. Together, these touchpoints create a consistent visual identity while making complex and often emotional caregiving topics feel approachable and engaging.
In just seven months, the campaign helped grow Bay Alarm Medical’s YouTube audience from fewer than 1,000 subscribers to nearly 7,000. Beyond audience growth, engagement with the series has given us valuable insight into the challenges caregivers are facing, including recurring issues around sibling conflict and disagreements over caring for aging loved ones. These insights have helped inform future content and better align our messaging with real customer needs.
The campaign has also contributed to increased traffic to the Bay Alarm Medical website while supporting the broader growth of the business.

I design a wide range of marketing, print, and packaging materials for Bay Alarm Medical, including flyers, infographics, posters, event displays and collateral, company swag, product packaging, and internal communications. The work supports teams across the organization by helping them present information more clearly, educate customers, support sales conversations, and promote events and initiatives.
These materials also strengthen the company’s internal culture by giving teams a consistent way to communicate Bay Alarm Medical’s values, goals, and mission. By extending the brand system across packaging, print, events, and internal touchpoints, I’ve helped create a more cohesive and recognizable experience both inside and outside the company.
